📦 Order Processing

📭 Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected window or appears lost, please contact our support team at support@elys-cup.com within 14 days of your order date. We'll make it right.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of menstrual care products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
