Returns and right of withdrawal

The Elys Cup is an intimate hygiene product supplied in sealed packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return if the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened after delivery, or if the product has been used. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Unopened products

If your Elys Cup remains unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging, you may exercise any applicable statutory right of withdrawal. For orders delivered in the European Union, this is generally within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return for an eligible unopened product, email info@elys-cup.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@elys-cup.com with your order number and photographs where possible, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Refunds

For an eligible return, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
