Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cups can't be returned. Unopened products in their sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery: email info@elys-cup.com with your order number. Damaged or wrong item? Contact us and we'll make it right.

What is suctionless design and what makes the Elys Cup different from other menstrual cups?
Most cups rely on suction, which can make removal painful. The Elys Cup features a patented air canal system that equalizes pressure and eliminates suction during removal – making it gentler and more comfortable.
How often do I need to empty it?
Thanks to its high capacity, the Elys Cup can be worn for up to 8 hours—day or night—before needing to be emptied. That’s up to 4x longer than a tampon.
Is the Elys Cup suitable for people with IUDs?
Because removal is suction-free, there is no seal to break when taking the cup out — which is why many IUD users find Elys reassuring. Every body and IUD placement is different, so please check with your healthcare provider before using any menstrual cup with an IUD.
What is it made of? Is it safe?
Elys is crafted from 100% medical-grade silicone, free from BPA, latex, and phthalates. It's hypoallergenic, ultra-soft, and designed to last for 5+ years of use.

How do I clean it?
Between wears, rinse it with cold water, then warm, and let the water run through the air channel: it is designed to be easy to rinse through. Between cycles, sterilise it in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Read the full cleaning guide.
